At All Thingz U Need and More we strive to provide our customers with the best quality products from many manufactures that will come with a 1 year warranty from the manufactures and an extended warranty provided by All Thingz U Need and More from our warranty provider CPS Warranty. Most of our products are discounted below retail prices and therefore “All Sales Are Final” and “No Returns Are Allowed” is our Policy. We ask that you read our Policy carefully and fully before you make a purchase online or in our retail store.

All Sales Are Final Policy

Thank you for choosing All Thingz U Need and More for your product(s) needs. Before making a purchase, please review our “All Sales Are Final” policy to ensure you are familiar with our terms and conditions regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. All Sales Are Final: Once a purchase is completed, it is considered final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products or services, except in cases explicitly stated in this policy.

2. Defective or Damaged Products: In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

3. Misrepresentation of Product/Service: If the product or service you received significantly differs from the description provided at the time of purchase, please contact us within 24 hours. We will investigate the matter and, if necessary, offer a solution that aligns with the nature of the discrepancy.

4. Digital Products: For digital products such as software, downloads, or licenses, we do not offer refunds due to the nature of these items. Please ensure you carefully review product specifications and compatibility before making a purchase.

5. Custom Orders: Any products or services that are customized, personalized, or made-to-order are exempt from returns or exchanges. Please double-check all specifications before confirming your custom order. Window purchases will be inspected before picked up or shipped out to ensure there is no damage to them. Once windows are picked up there will be no refunds and exchange only to defective windows or products.

6. Change of Mind or Buyer’s Remorse: We understand that preferences can change, but once a purchase is made, we are unable to accommodate requests for refunds, returns, or exchanges due to change of mind or buyer’s remorse. There will be a restocking fee of 34% to cover payment processing cancellation fees and warehouse handling fees.

7. Gift Cards and Vouchers: Gift cards and vouchers issued by All Thingz U Need and More are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They must be used within their specified validity period.

8. Cancellation of Product(s)/Services: If you have purchased a product/service that is scheduled for a specific date or time, please note that cancellations may not be possible once the service date approaches. Any cancellations allowed will be subject to our discretion and may incur cancellation fees of 34% to cover payment processing and cancellation fees.

10. Out of State Orders (Not In Texas): If you are not home or refuse a delivery, there we be a charge of $75.00. All Out of the State orders will be delivered to curbside delivery only no exceptions. Once order is shipped and received you will have 24 hours to report any damage. Please inspect all merchandise while the driver is there before signing for anything, and if there is damage it needs to be recorded on the BOL/Delivery Slip.

11. Compliance within the Law: Our above policy complies to all applicable Laws and Regulations of the State of Texas. Our Policy provisions will remain in full force and effect, and any changes will update to the reflect the new Policy.
